David Von Helf

Dave is a seasoned architect with a long history as a general contractor and inspector. Dave has more than 40 years of experience providing architecture, contracting, inspecting, construction administration, and quality assurance specific to K-12 and civic center projects (police and fire). He administrates projects efficiently and effectively communicates with all parties throughout every phase of design, construction, and close-out processes. Dave also oversees quality assurance and quality control tasks, communication and coordination with consultants and sub-consultants, administration and monitoring of construction, as well as managing project delays (if any) and post-occupancy procedures. Dave’s the man!
