QA/QC, Construction Administrator
Dave is a seasoned architect with a long history as a general contractor and inspector. Dave has over 40 years of experience providing Architecture, Contracting, Inspecting, Construction Administration, and Quality Assurance specific to K-12 and Civic Center projects (Police and Fire). With Dave’s experience and knowledge, he is able to administrate projects efficiently, and effectively communicate with all parties throughout every phase of the design, construction, and close-out processes. Dave’s duties generally include oversight of quality assurance and quality control tasks, communication and coordination with consultants and sub-consultants, administration and monitoring of construction, as well as managing project delays (if any) and post-occupancy procedures.
