GO Architects conducted district-wide site assessments for Alta Loma School District to verify and document existing conditions and the required scope of work to meet Proposition 39 application requirements. We assisted the District in processing projects through DSA for completion and closeout.
Replacement of existing high bay HID lights with LED light fixtures and sensor controllers, replacing HVAC controllers and occupancy sensors, and upgrading outdated electrical transformers were among the Prop 39 projects. These projects benefit the District by lowering energy use at their facilities, saving them money on long-term energy expenditures. The upgrades paid for themselves in less than seven years.
