12 PMT Office, Tenant Improvement


GO Architects, Inc. was selected for the design and implementation of the PMT Office tenant improvement project, which was an important early step in the San Bernardino Community College District's (SBCCD) Measure CC facility build program. Our team transformed unused Class A office space into modern, flexible offices for SBCCD’s Program Managers, AECOM. The office includes a small reception area, a kitchenette, eight workstations, and, most importantly, a large conference room that will serve as a technological 'war room' for the Architectural and Engineering teams designing projects for San Bernardino Valley College and Crafton Hills College. Our architects, designers, and engineers collaborated with the City, SBCCD, the property management group, and the contractor to complete the project within a tight time frame, allowing SBCCD’s Program Managers to move in on schedule.
